Blizzard Nemo Dumps Snow on Whiteface
WILMINGTON, N.Y. — Nemo was more than just the name of the cute Disney/Pixar fish. The storm brought heavy snowfall to the Northeast. The storm dumped 19-inches of new snowfall on Whiteface Mountain, in Wilmington, N.Y. So far more than 121-inches of natural snow has fallen on the Olympic mountain.
Fifty-five trails, including the Wilmington Trail and Hoyt’s High, are open today, with nine lifts operating.
