HANCOCK, Massachusetts ??” The Girls Day Out program at Jiminy Peak, originally scheduled for Saturday, January 21st, will be held on Sunday February 5th. The program is designed specifically for girls and women of all ages to learn to ski or snowboard together. Lessons will be held at 11 am and 1:30 pm on the 5th. The 11 am lesson will be limited to the first 20 girls who sign up and the 1:30 pm lesson will be limited to the first 50 who sign up. Lessons are run through the GETSkiing and GETSnowboarding programs for beginners at Jiminy Peak. Each package costs $65 and includes equipment rental, beginner lift ticket, and the lesson. All participants will receive event goodie bags. A second Girls Day Out Clinic will be held at Jiminy on Saturday, March 18th.

Pre-registration is recommended due to the size of group lessons. Sign up is available online at www.jiminypeak.com/ordering/step1.php?OrderCat=5. Participants should plan to arrive approximately 1 hour prior to their lesson time. There will be sign in area at the resort.
