MOUNT SNOW, Vermont — Mount Snow has a host of activities planned for the Martin Luther King holiday weekend, as well as a free lift ticket offer for skiers and riders who visit the mountain on Monday, January 15.

Anyone purchasing a single day lift ticket for that Monday, or a multi-day lift ticket that includes Monday, will receive a voucher for a free lift ticket in March. The voucher will be of equal value to the lift ticket purchased. For example, a Young Adult (ages 13-18) will receive a voucher good for the price of a Young Adult lift ticket.

Events scheduled for the Martin Luther King weekend include a rail jam event for professional and amateur freestyle skiers and riders in the Gut Superpipe on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm; a Ted E. Makers teddy bear making workshop in the Grand Summit Hotel on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.; a torchlight parade and fireworks display on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. in the main base area, and a full-day, instructional freestyle competition for kids ages 6-12 on Monday. There will also be live bands playing music in the Snow Barn on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Visit www.mountsnow.com/calendar.html for details.
