Belleayre Mountain Gears Up for Fall Festival
HIGHMOUNT, New York — With many Fall activities underway, Belleayre Mountain gears up for its Fall Festival and Craft Fair. Scheduled for October 6th & 7th, Columbus Day Weekend, Belleayre will be celebrating its 28th Annual Fall Festival and Craft Fair at the Overlook Lodge from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Featuring quality arts and crafts, a huge ski equipment and winter apparel sale, live music, German food and beer and lots of kids activities.
Parking and admission are free. This is also the best time for skiers, snowboarders and early Christmas shoppers to grab their Season Pass Specials. The popular 4 Pack of lift tickets (one per household) will be on sale for $99.00. New this year is the College Season Pass for $199.00, which allows students to bring a friend every time they ride or ski and that friend will pay only $28.00 for a lift ticket. Buy a Frequent Skier Card for only $25.00 and receive $12.00 off rack price lift ticket on weekends, $14.00 off rack price mid week and your fifth visit is free.
For the Fall foliage enthusiast, the chairlift “Sky Ride” will be up and running during the Fall Festival. Belleayre will also be offering guided hikes. Take the Sky Ride to the top of the mountain and leisurely hike across the summit. Just remember to bring appropriate shoes, water and snacks. Cost of the Sky Ride is $8.00 for adults, $5 for juniors (13-17). Children under 12 are free with a paying adult.
