BENNINGTON, New Hampshire — Peak Resorts announced the promotion of Chris Bradford to General Manager of Crotched Mountain, effective July 1, 2007.

Bradford joined Crotched Mountain as the Marketing Director in 2004. His previous industry experience includes marketing consulting for Utah’s Elk Meadows resort, among other ski areas. He has also served as the editor and publisher of two online ski ventures: snowjournal.com and skimaps.com.

Bradford’s familiarity with Crotched Mountain dates back to 1999, when he was a researcher and contributor for the New England Lost Ski Areas Project, which helped bring then-abandoned Crotched Mountain to the attention of the public.

“Crotched Mountain has made great strides since Peak Resorts re-opened its slopes in 2004. I’m excited to be here at a time when there is an outlook for tremendous future growth,” says Bradford.

In conjunction with Bradford’s promotion, Peak Resorts also announced the hiring of Emily Gallagher as Director of Marketing and Craig Messa as Director of Program Development.

Peak Resorts operates 11 ski areas and 2 golf courses in 6 states. Peak Resorts Inc. is committed to building an enhanced resort experience at each of their properties.
