The new amenity features a member’s locker room, bar, restaurant, lounge, game room, reading areas, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, ski valet, concierge services and valet parking. The Spruce Plaza and Alpine Club are also directly connected to Mt. Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak, with a high-speed transfer gondola and mere steps away from a world-class spa, ski slopes and a mountain golf course.

“The interior of the Alpine Club makes use of warm, natural materials such as alder trim and ceiling beams, locally-quarried stone, sustainable hemp fabric and granite countertops,” says Dave Kaselak, AIA and Principal Architect from Zehren and Associates. “Interior spaces with tall ceilings are gracious yet cozy, surrounded by huge expanses of glass to take in the surrounding natural setting, mountains and Plaza views.
