GILFORD, New Hampshire — The Gunstock Freestyle Academy is excited about the 2009 -2010 season with its expanded membership options and returning members. GFA provides skill based education and training in a safe positive environment at the conveniently located Gunstock Mountain Resort. Members learn new tricks and improve their skills on professionally maintained parks and trails with experienced coaches. The average athlete to coach ratio is 5:1 giving athlete’s time for one-on-one attention while learning in a fun team atmosphere.

The Freestyle Academy offers a variety of memberships to meet the needs of individual athletes and families. Competitive memberships will prepare skiers and snowboards for upcoming competitions with an additional training session during the week. The Recreational membership allows kids to improve their personal abilities and work with coaches to accomplish a specific goal. A Half Time membership is for those families committing to one weekend day for the season. GFA meets on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm starting in December and running until the end of the snow season.
