WARREN, VT ??” Sugarbush Resort has created a new division to intensify their commitment to guest service. Adam Greshin, a partner in Sugarbush??™s parent company Summit Ventures, has transitioned from his role as head of Sales and Marketing to become the Executive Vice President of Guest & Community Relations. In his new position, Greshin will be charged with analyzing every aspect of the Sugarbush guest experience.

???Essentially, I am asking Adam to be the auditor of the guest experience; to wake up each day viewing our operations with the eyes of our most critical guest and to help all of us create the most guest-oriented resort anywhere,??? said Win Smith, president of Sugarbush??в„ўs Resort Operations.

The Resort??в„ўs Ticket Sales, Guests??в„ў Services and Ski and Ride rental operations will all report to Greshin. He will also assume a broader role for Sugarbush??в„ўs community relationships.

???Because we are a part of the greater valley community, I want to ensure that we are working as closely as possible with others in the area,???
continued Smith.

As to how Greshin views the new post: ???The guest experience is front and center on Sugarbush??в„ўs priority list. The upgrades we have made from Day One all speak to that focus. From the new lifts we installed since purchasing the Resort three years ago to the new paint, carpeting, tables and chairs we put in the base lodges this summer; customer satisfaction is Priority #1 and I am excited to be the one responsible for it.??? Weather permitting, Sugarbush plans to open Mount Ellen on November 20th.
