Ride a Fat Bike in the snow at Mont Sainte Anne

fatbike2-webBeaupré, January 14th, 2015 – Fat bike has been added to the Mont-Sainte-Anne’s Winter Activities roaster! 11 km of trails especially groomed for fat biking are open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 4pm at Mont-Sainte-Anne Cross-Skiing Centre, located 7 km east of the Alpine Ski Centre.

THREE TRAILS
Fat biking lovers can now ride at Mont-Sainte-Anne, on three daily groomed and exclusive trails: Le Ruisseau Rouge, La Marie-Josee and the Sprint Trail. Departures and arrivals will take place at the Cross-Skiing Centre Main Lodge.

WHAT IS A FAT BIKE?
Fat bikes are huge framed bikes equipped with outsized tires [3.6 inches], ideally fitted for riding in the snow. These bikes are becoming more and more popular within the cycling community.

Schedule : trails are open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 4pm.

Daily Rates : $11 for 18-64 y/o; $10 for 13-17 y/o and Senior 65 y/o +; $25 for families.

Rental : 2 fat bikes are available for rental at the Cross-skiing Centre’s Sports Alpins shop.
