NORTH CREEK – Gore Mountain has introduced “Friday Night Live,” a musical entertainment series available free to public every Friday from 4-7pm through August 31. Live acts include Decadence both July 27 and August 24, Northern Water Snake August 3, Stone Revival Band August 10, Mitch Fraiser August 17, and The Dependents August 31. More dates may be added in September if area residents and guests are excited about the series.

While taking in the music, guests can enjoy food and beverage available at the Open Pit Grille located on Gore’s brand-new brick sundeck. This Grille is the newest addition to Gore’s foodservice venues, and examples of upcoming Friday Night Live specials include BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich served with a beer for $9.95 and 1/2 Rack Ribs with a beer for $12.95. The daily menu offers treats like soft-serve ice cream, bratwurst and kraut, onion petals, potato salad, and much more. A discounted children’s menu is available.

“Friday Night Live” is one of many new summer features that Gore is hard at work developing. This weekend’s events also include the first of three “Yoga reTreats,” on Saturday, July 28 at 1pm, which combines an on-mountain meditation, yoga class, gondola ride, and healthy snack. Cooking classes, daily guided hiking excursions, photography workshops, and downhill mountain biking camps are also featured on the calendar. Miniature golf is coming soon!
