A series of contract extensions at Rossignol
Rossignol Group is delighted to announce that its best athletes have extended their contracts up to the Sochi Olympic Games in 2014.
Heading the list is Carl-Johan Bergman, double medalist at the Ruhpolding World Championships in 2012.
Third in sprint and second in pursuit, the Swede has demonstrated his ability throughout the season, even wearing the yellow jersey of the World Cup leader in December. “The decision to continue with Rossignol was simple. To achieve my goals, I need the best skis and Rossignol is without doubt the best manufacturer for my skiing style. To be at my best, I need good support and Rossignol’s Team Service produces the best skis on the market year after year. I love that! With the new X-IUM boots and the new X-IUM WCS skis, I am ready to go in search of Olympic medals!”
On the other side of the Atlantic, the American and Canadian leaders have also decided to extend their journey with Rossignol. Canadian Jean-Philippe Leguellec and Americans Lowell Bailey and Tim Burke will be proudly competing in Rossignol’s colors.
Tim Burke: “I am continuing my association with Rossignol because I have 100% confidence in them. They always get me the best equipment. I am also very impatient to find out about the most recent innovations to be introduced. Rossignol is forward looking and goes on improving its products, good as they are already.”
We wish all of them a level of success to match their sports ambitions and the faith they have in our products.
