Attitash Hosts the Bud Light Rail Jam
BARTLETT, New Hampshire ??” On Saturday, December 31, some of the East’s best skiers and riders will battle for cash prizes in The Bud Light Rail Jam at Attitash in Bartlett, N.H. Part of the Rail Jam will feature music from the I-Rates, a Portland based reggae band, who later will move inside to Ptarmigan’s Pub for apr??s ski from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
The spectator friendly event will take place outside Ptarmigan’s Pub at the base of Attitash at 1:00pm. Skiers and riders will compete in a combined open category on a set up of three of the resort’s signature rails from the terrain park. Cash prizes (1st place $500.00, 2nd place $250.00, 3rd place $100.00) will be awarded to the top three.
“We are psyched to kick off our series of freeride competitions with the Bud Light Rail Jam,” said Greg Keeler, Attitash Freeride Team coordinator, “Combining the event with the I-Rates will up the ante for a high energy event for both participants and spectators.”
“The Rail Jam is a great lead into the season and gets competitors charged up for future events like the Next Snow Search (Jan. 8), Slopestyle Competition (Jan. 28) and the Atomic Superpipe Jam (March 5).”

Attitash is in the White Mountains of New Hampshire on Rt. 302 in Bartlett. During the winter Attitash offers 2 mountains with 70 trails and 22 miles of skiing and riding on 280 acres. In the summer guests can enjoy North America’s longest Alpine Slides, waterslides, a scenic sky ride, lift-serviced mountain biking, climbing wall, Trampoline Thing, horseback rides, driving range and skate park.
