TANNERSVILLE, PA – Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is synonymous with summer fun and this year will be no different. On Saturday, May 26th, Camelbeach will open their gates to guests from all over Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York looking for a relaxing and cooling day. With over 37 rides, slides and attractions, Camelbeach is the place to be this summer.

“We have another exciting year planned at Camelbeach and CBK Mountain Adventures. Last year we opened two new family slides, SandStorm and Dune Runner and this year we have a new 4000′ Zip Flyer that soars you from the top of the mountain and over the waterpark.” said Charles Blier, General Manager/Executive Vice President at Camelback Mountain Resort. Blier continued, “In July we will open a new steel track, 4500′ mountain coaster to continue the commitment that Camelback Mountain Resort is the Pocono Mountains premier resort for outdoor fun 365 days a year.”

To celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, at noon on Saturday, May 26th all guests will participate in a moment of silence followed by the Star Spangled Banner and then a local Eagle Scout will play Taps on his bugle.

Camelbeach will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday and weekends until Friday, June 15 when the park opens 7 days per week through Monday, September 3rd, 2012.
