Sunday River turns Presidents’ Day into a week of fun, with ski and stay packages starting at $99 per night/per person

Newry, Maine (February 2, 2012)-Sunday River Ski Resort is offering up a week of vacation activities and deals, from February 17 to February 24, 2012, with ski and stay packages including lodging, 12-Hour lift tickets, and free adult ski/snowboard clinics, starting at $99 per night/per person . Stays in either Grand Resort Hotels or Snow Cap Inn also include free breakfast

To kick off one of the Northeast’s most popular vacation periods, Sunday River invites friends and family to enjoy more time on-snow with 12 hours of nonstop skiing and riding daily from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., starting Saturday, February 18 until Sunday February 26.

Week-long activities are also planned and include zipline tours, ice skating, snow tubing, spa specials, plus Nordic skiing and snowshoeing out of the Sunday River Outdoor Center.

Special events taking place include live musical apres performances by the Nikki Hunt Band, Orange Crush, Bruce Jacques, and Peter Joy, plus family fun including marshmallow roasts, pizza parties, movie nights, fireworks, and special performances by AudioBody-a fusion of physical comedy and technology-and the Sunshine Fire Entertainment fire dancers.
