Diversity Day Goes POP at Pats Peak on MLK Day, Monday, Jan. 21
HENNIKER, New Hampshire — Pats Peak announces its seventh annual Diversity Day to be celebrated on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, January 21, 2008.
The price for entry into the whirlwind of multi-cultural fun is just $32, which includes access to skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, rentals and lesson tips from 3pm to 9pm (Snowtubing 5pm to 9pm. Lesson Tips 4pm to 6pm).
Diversity Day at Pats Peak celebrates the work, spirit and vision of Martin Luther King by hosting a special winter fun event at The PEAK. This winter fun event commemorates the importance of diversity, nondiscrimination, and freedom.
“Diversity Day provides an atmosphere that encourages individuals to bring others skiing, snowboarding and tubing, who may believe that this is a sport out of their reach,” says Jim Wall, Director of Services. “We want to make the message loud and clear that the opportunity to come to the slopes of New Hampshire is not decided by a person’s ethnicity, social, or economic background.”
Group discounts are available for 15 or more people. Contact Pats Peak Group Sales at 1-888-Pats Peak, ext. 106 for more information.
