HANCOCK, Massachusetts — The first Rail Jam of the season at Jiminy Peak will be held on Friday, January 5th at 7 PM. It will take place in Alex’s Park, at the base of the Grand Slam trail. The event is presented by Saranac Root Beer and Potter Brothers Ski and Snowboard. There are a number of great prizes up for grabs including skis and a snowboard for first place in their respective categories. Saranac Root Beer will be on hand with free samples and other give aways. Q103, WQBK Albany, will be at the resort with giveaways and music between 6 pm and 8 pm that night.

The competition is open to everyone but entrants should have the ability to ski or ride Large terrain park features. Registration will be held beginning at 5 pm in Crane Lodge. The entry fee is $25 and includes a lift ticket.
