8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Full Day Hike with WVAIA and Rey Center, Ages 14+.
7 -9 pm, Community Campfire at Corcoran’s Pond – bring fixings for s’mores.

Saturday 8/30

9 am – Noon, Curious Gourds Market
10 am – 12 pm, Curious Kids at Curious George Center, $20/family
1-4 pm, Chalk Talks at Curious George Cottage Studio. All ages.
6 pm, Outdoor Concert in Town Square
8-9:30 pm, Astronomy night with the Rey Center and the Christa McAuliffe Planetarium. Ages 8+. $20/family.

Sunday 8/31

12:00 Noon, Music by Ricky & The Giants
1-4 pm, Kids Games and Face Painting
4 pm, Rubber Duck Race to benefit NH Humane Society. 1st duck to the finish line wins $100, 2nd place gets $50, 3rd wins $25.
6-9 pm, Music by The Grinning Lizards playing classic rock hits
9 pm, Fireworks over Corcoran’s Pond

Monday 9/1

10 am, The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center presents: “Owls of New Hampshire”, Town Square.

The Waterville Valley Ice Arena, skateboard park, Snow’s Mountain chairlift, golf course, and tennis center will also be open to the public Labor Day Weekend. Over 100 miles of well-marked, maintained trails also leave from the Valley and crisscross through the White Mountain National Forest, providing great treks for hikers of all abilities.
