JAY, Vermont — This will mark the 7th year Jay Peak has celebrated its now legendary Mountain Mardi Gras. The week-long event includes authentic Cajun and New Orleans style lunch and dinner specials prepared by New Orleans Chef Mark Uddo and Jay Peak Food Service. Live music will be served up by local bands including Viscus, The Funkleberries, and Tammy Fletcher & The Disciples and lots of on-mountain fun like scavenger hunts and snow sculpture contests.

New this year, the Resort will also be hosting a fundraising dinner on Wednesday, February 25th for Green Mountain Farm-to- School, a hands-on school and community garden program that provides agriculture and nutrition education for Vermont schools in the region. The menu will include New Orleans inspired fare prepared with local Vermont products.
