VERNON, New Jersey — On Sunday, January 17th the lifts will spin and the lights will blaze until 2am on Vernon Peak for the pleasure and fun of skiers and riders who don’t need to go to work or school on Monday morning, and for the benefit of 3 local charities.

Mountain Creek is offering a $40 minimum pledge for a free lift ticket from 10pm til 2 am (required for Season Pass holders too) and proceeds this year will go to the Vernon PAL, the Vernon Skatepark Memorial Organization, and the Wounded Warrior Project being supported locally by the Craigmeur Ski Council.

The evening will include midnight fun ski races, a midnight Mini-Park session, silent auction, raffles and on-going entertainment. There will also be designated places for people to relax after getting off the slopes or to take a break in between runs.

“There’s a legacy of the All Night Ski Party dating back many years, and from time-to-time we’ve hosted fundraising ski-a-thons” said Resort Chief and President of the Mountain Creek Foundation Frank DeBerry. “This year, we decided to combine efforts to celebrate the ski season, our local business, and to support causes we feel are important and where we can make a difference. We hope everyone will come out, have some special fun, and make this an annual tradition.”
More information and pre-registration will be available at mountaincreek.com/skiparty in the following weeks before the event.
