KILLINGTON, Vermont — Killington Resort President and General Manager Chris Nyberg announced today the promotion of Patricia Ryan to Director of Sales and Marketing.

Ryan replaces Dave Rathbun, who was hired last month to be President and General Manager of Mt. Bachelor, outside of Bend, Ore.

Ryan served as Killington’s Director of Sales from 1998 to 2000 and from June 2006 to the present during which time she lead Killington’s sales team to exceed all team goals. Ryan earned her bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.

“She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and business development and strategy,” Nyberg said. “Pat’s strong leadership skills will assure the continued success of Killington’s talented marketing and sales team.”

Ryan will oversee brand marketing, sales, telesales, public relations and communications and will serve as a member of the Killington Resort executive team.
