Recent Snowfall at Stowe Results in Additional Open Terrain

STOWE, VT ??” Snowy weather and consistent snowmaking temperatures have blanketed Stowe Mountain Resort with the white stuff needed to accelerate operations and triple the amount of open skiing and riding terrain.

The winter weather that’s currently unique to Stowe, has enabled the resort to open its cross country ski center and numerous more alpine trails. Resort officials are also planning to open the high-speed Gondola and more trails later this week.

Today Stowe had over 20 trails and 13 miles of open terrain. Snow is in the forecast almost every day for the next ten, so stay tuned to www.stowe.com for daily updates.
