WARREN, VT ??” Have you ever skied with a legend of the sport? Do you want to? Kristen Ulmer will bring her “Ski to Live” clinic to Sugarbush Resort from January 7-9. A former member of the U.S. Mogul team, Ulmer has been featured in countless “extreme” skiing movies and Powder magazine called her “the biggest icon the ski industry never expected.”

The Friday through Sunday workshop combines yoga and meditation with skiing and riding to promote personal growth, refresh the body and focus the mind. Mornings will begin with yoga, followed by breakfast and then a day of coached skiing where participants will discover how mental clarity can increase technical proficiency.
