Ski & Snowboard Camps Make Great Holiday Gifts for Teens at Waterville Valley
WATERVILLE VALLEY, New Hampshire — Struggling with what to give the teen on your holiday list this year? Sure gift cards are useful and popular, but Waterville Valley in New Hampshire presents two winter fun ideas sure to please any teen snowboarder or skier in the family.
WV Progression Camps
This all day camp is for snowboarders ages 9 and up with some riding experience who are now ready to learn how to ride a park. Camps will take place in Waterville Valley’s new Burton Progression Park, an entry level park offering the popular features of rails and fun boxes set just inches of the snow. Gentle rolling jumps in the park are also built to give riders the feeling of catching air for the first time. WV Progression Camps will be offered every Saturday from 10-3:30 starting December 30 with two full hours of park time in the morning and again in the afternoon. The cost with Burton snowboard rentals and a lower mountain lift ticket is $99 for teens and $94 for juniors (9-12). Camps without rentals but including a full mountain ticket are $94 for teens and $84 for juniors.
