Slopes to Reopen at Laurel Mountain State Park
BOSWELL, PA ??” The Springs at Laurel Mountain will open for the 2004-2005 season on Tuesday, December 21 with special holiday hours to include Tuesdays and Wednesdays through January 2. Two to four slopes and trails and one or two lifts will operate from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 21 through Friday, December 24 and from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 25. Beginning Sunday, December 26, night skiing will be added and regular hours of operation will then prevail. Beginning January 3, Laurel is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through the end of the season.
Laurel Mountain Ski and Snowboard School and the expanded and redesigned rental shop will be in full operation offering group and private lessons, and the latest in ski, snowboard and ski board rental equipment.
As an added bonus to all of The Springs at Laurel Mountain season pass holders, they will also have the opportunity to use their season passes at Seven Springs this coming weekend only (December 17 through December 20) to get a jump start on their skiing before the fun begins at Laurel Mountain.

The Springs at Laurel Mountain will also offer snow tubing this season. Plans are to open the snow tubing park on Friday, December 24.
