Sugarbush Resort receives 7 inches of new snow heading into the MLK Weekend
Warren, VT January 12, 2012 – Sugarbush Resort received 7 inches of powder across higher elevations and 4 inches in the base area in the past 24 hours.
The National Weather Service predicts the storm to continue through Saturday morning with an additional 8 inches possible and a return to sunshine for Sunday and Monday.
“Mother nature could not have been more timely,” said Win Smith, President of Sugarbush Resort. “The Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday is one of our biggest weekends of the season, and skiers and riders are excited for this storm – myself included.”
