Three New England Resorts Offer Discounts for US Armed Forces and their Families
HANCOCK, MA – With the last of U.S. troops departing Iraq earlier this month, three New England resorts have teamed up to offer military personnel – both active and reserve – an enhanced line up of special discounts to welcome them home. Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Hancock, Mass.; Cranmore Mountain in North Conway, NH; and Bromley Mountain in Peru, VT will offer savings on everything from lodging to lift tickets to rentals and lesson programs.
“We feel this is the least we can do for US Armed Forces personnel who have sacrificed so much for their country. We are pleased to offer these privileges at our three resorts,” stated the resorts’ CEO, Brian Fairbank.
All U.S. Armed Forces personnel in active duty or active reserve status and their families, as well as military on inactive duty for military (individual only) qualify for this program.
The three resorts will offer this as a two tiered program. The first tier runs now through the end of February, with $15 off an 8 hour or 4 hour lift ticket; $10 off rentals; $10 off adult group lessons; $35 off lift/lesson/rental package; $25 off lift/lesson package; and $35 off beginner packages.
Additionally, Jiminy Peak’s Country Inn will provide a special rate of $109 per night for mid-week/non-holiday periods
The second tier for the month of March, the resorts will step up the savings, giving 50% off 8 or 4 hour lift tickets, rentals, class lessons and beginner programs.
The discounts are not valid for online purchases, multi day tickets and cannot be combined with other offers.
