WATERVILLE VALLEY, New Hampshire ??” Waterville Valley will host a full-day ski marathon on Saturday, December 17, sponsored by Tanger Factory Outlets. The event is open to skiers and riders of all ages with the participant who makes the most runs winning a $500 shopping spree at The Tanger Factory Outlets in Tilton, N.H.

Skiers and riders who visit Waterville Valley on December 17 will be eligible to participate in “Ski and Shop ?Til You Drop.” Registration is free with the purchase of a lift ticket or use of a Threedom Pass and will be held from 7 to 8 a.m. in the Sun Room, second floor of the Waterville Valley Base Lodge. Every registered competitor will receive a credential that they must present each time they ride only the White Peaks Express Quad. Runs will be counted beginning at 8 a.m. and continue until the lifts close at 3:45 p.m. The winner will be announced at an apr??s ski party in T-Bars at 4:30 p.m.

DEMO DAY
For those who would rather save their ski and snowboard legs, Waterville Valley will host its annual Demo Day on Sunday, December 18. Skiers and riders can test equipment from companies such as K2, Marker LTD, Rossignol, Technica, Utopia, Volkl, Winterstick, and many more from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Participants must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license or credit card. There is no charge for registration.
