WEST DOVER, Vermont — Two of Mount Snow’s more popular events are scheduled for the weekend leading into the Christmas holiday.

Mount Snow will be teaming up with their retail partners for Demo Day on Saturday, December 15. Skiers and snowboarders can try out the latest equipment and technology from Rossignol, Head, Burton, Atomic, Nordica, Technica and Volkl, among others.

There is no charge to demo equipment, however a credit card security deposit is required for testing skis and snowboards. Registration for the event is from 8 a.m. to noon in the Main Base Lodge.

Sunday, December 16 will be the first Youth Pay Their Age Day lift ticket special of the season at Mount Snow. Skiers or riders ages 6-18 pay their age for the cost of a lift ticket. (e.g. – a 14 year old skier would pay $14.) Kids 5 and under always ski for free. Proof of age is required.

A second Youth Pay Their Age Day will occur January 6, 2008, with an additional date later in the season yet to be announced.
