NORTH CONWAY, New Hampshire ??\u0432\u0402\u045c Cranmore Mountain Resort will kick off the 05\/06 winter season Saturday, December 10, beginning at 8:30 a.m. North Conway’s mountain of choice will offer skiing and riding on three trails accessed by the South Double and Magic Carpet. Trails include the South Slope, Beginners Luck and Beginners Basin. <\/p>\n
Early-season lift tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for teens and $10 for juniors. In addition, the #1 ranked Arctic Blast Tubing Park will be open with $17 unlimited rides per day. Guests will have the opportunity to ski or ride on beginner terrain and rails will also be available in the Darkside Terrain Park for advanced skiers and riders. <\/p>\n
“Recent cold temperatures have allowed us to blast away at the trails day and night to get as much snow cover as possible for opening weekend” says Mountain Operations Manager Jim Mersereau. <\/p>\n
Upcoming Cranmore events include the Grand Opening of the Burton Learn to Ride Center, Welcome to Winter Celebration and Joe Jones Demo Kickoff Party on December 17 & 18; the Monster Mash Ski and Snowboard competition December 27 and 30 and the Great Penguin Race January 8. <\/p>\n
