The Games are presented by The New Hampshire Gathering of the Scottish Clans, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the furtherance of the music, dance, athletics, and customs of the Scottish people and the continuance of the Gaelic culture. Tickets can be purchased at <a href=\"https:\/\/store.loonmtn.com\">https:\/\/store.loonmtn.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Recognized by the American Bus Association (ABA) as one of North America&#8217;s 100 best events for 2007, the New Hampshire Highland Games bring fun and excitement for all ages. Festivities include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live music from 29 pipe bands<\/li>\n<li>Musical entertainers from Scotland, Canada, and the United States<\/li>\n<li>Fiddle and harp competitions<\/li>\n<li>Highland dancing<\/li>\n<li>Athletic competitions<\/li>\n<li>Whiskey tastings<\/li>\n<li>Seminars in Scottish history<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nReturning to Loon is fiddle sensation Alasdair Fraser. He will be performing with Natalie Haas and friends Friday night at 8:30 pm in the Governor&#8217;s Lodge. Another evening treat is the Buffet Dinner and Ceilidh Dance. This event will start Saturday night at 7:00 pm at the Indian Head Resort, and will feature The Toronto Police Band.
