HENNIKER, New Hampshire — 46 years and still going strong. Pats Peak, New Hampshire’s premier family snowsports destination, enters into its 46th consecutive ski and snowboard season under the same local family ownership. Pats Peak continually focuses to improve its facility and experience for their skiers and snowboarders.<\/p>\n
Increase snowmaking capabilities; 100% night skiing; new rental equipment; new gladed area; ticketing system upgrade; additional seasonal lockers and a new food service option, are only some of the improvements slated for the 2008\/2009 season.<\/p>\n

\nPats Peak is Northern New England’s Largest Rental Shop. Guests can get their gear fast in the state-of-the-art 9,600 square foot Rental Shop, complete with a carpet lift that takes guests and their equipment up to the slopes. In the 2008\/2009 Ski Season, the Rental Shop will continue to enhance its already impressive rental fleet. New rental equipment includes 200 new pairs of skis & bindings, 300 pairs of ski boots and 150 snowboards.<\/p>\n
\nThe Glade-iators of the Mountain Operations team are at it again with the thinning of the woods between the East Wind and Duster trails. This is the seventh gladed area on the mountain, giving even more options to enjoy a variety of terrain. Our snowmaking operation also has this area targeted for coverage. <\/p>\n
\nIf you hate to wait in line for your ticket, Pats Peak understands. A $20,000 upgrade to the ticketing computer system will increase the efficiency of guest service transactions on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
\nThis winter Pats Peak continues to address the customer demand by adding additional seasonal lockers. This is a great option for families instead of bringing their equipment back and forth from home to the mountain. The Seasonal Locker Room is conveniently located below the Main Lodge so guests can access their lockers throughout the day.<\/p>\n
\nCan you say, “Grilled Cheese, Plz.”? You can never have enough food variety when it comes ski resorts and Pats Peak now offers a new food service option, “Grilled Cheese Plz”, located in the Valley Lodge. Guests can satisfy their hunger with comfort foods of a made-to-order gourmet grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup, along with a variety of other snack and drink options.<\/p>\n
