Highmount, NY \u2013 Tony Award winner Christine Ebersole will make a very special appearance in the intimate setting of the Belleayre Music Festival on Saturday, July 21 at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
Ms. Ebersole has received virtually every Off-Broadway award and her second Tony Award for Leading Actress in a Musical for her \u201cdual role of a lifetime\u201d as Edith Beale and Little Edie Beale in \u201cGrey Gardens.\u201d \u00a0The show was nominated for 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical.<\/p>\n
Other memorable stage performances include her Tony Award-winning performance as Dorothy Brock in the smash hit revival \u201c42nd Street,\u201d \u201cSteel Magnolias,\u201d \u201cOn the Twentieth Century,\u201d \u201cDinner at Eight\u201d (Tony and Outer Critics Circle nominations) and the recent revival of Noel Coward\u2019s \u201cBlithe Spirit.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ms. Ebersole has captivated audiences throughout her performing career, from the Broadway stage to television, films, concerts and recordings.<\/p>\n
Just days prior to her Belleayre show, TBS will premier the new TV series, \u201cSullivan & Son,\u201d in which Ms. Ebersole plays a starring role.\u00a0Ms. Ebersole has also appeared in many movies, including \u201cAmadeus,\u201d \u201cTootsie,\u201d \u201cConfessions of a Shopaholic\u201d and last fall\u2019s hit, \u201cThe Big Wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n
