NASTAR has updated their handicap charts for the 2012/13 season, according to the NASTAR website.

The updates are based on platinum, gold, silver and bronze medals earned during the 2011/2012 ski season.

Additionally, NASTAR junior age groups have been modified for consistency with the United States Ski Association groups.

Finally, new columns are included on the chart for team racing, identifying the required handicaps to score the most number of team points. The intent of the changes is to help normalize results across age and gender and create a baseline to compare skills in an apples to apples manner across gender and age groups.

For more information, please visit the NASTAR website.
