LINCOLN, NH (November 1<\/span><\/strong>4<\/span><\/strong>, 2018)<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Loon Mountain Resort will open for the 2018-19 winter season with top-to-bottom skiing and riding on Friday, November 16 at 9 a.m.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\n

Skiers and snowboarders will enjoy two routes\u00a0<\/span><\/span>from\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>summit to base\u00a0<\/span><\/span>of Loon Peak on<\/span><\/span>\u00a0opening day<\/span><\/span>, including the Seven Brothers and Upper and Lower Bear Claw trails. Beginner terrain will be available on Sarsaparilla, and two terrain parks will also be open. Lift service will be offered via the Gondola, and snowmaking will continue as weather permits on certain open trails.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Opening day<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>window lift ticket rates<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will be\u00a0<\/span><\/span>$6<\/span><\/span>8<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for adults and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>$6<\/span><\/span>3<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for teens, juniors, and seniors. Guest services on opening day, including lift ticket and season pass purchases, will be offered out of the Octagon Lodge, with food and beverage available at the Octagon Lodge and Paul Bunyan Room<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0The Loon Mountain Sports retail shop and tuning center, as well as the Rental Shop, will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Loon will remain open daily for the season going forward, and snowmaking will continue whenever temperatures permit to expand open terrain as quickly as possible.
