\"Skiing<\/a>SNOWSHOE, West Virginia \u2013 (December 22, 2012) \u2013 Snowshoe Mountain is getting pounded in this recent series of storms. The Resort has received 15 inches from the storm so far, a foot of that snow has fallen in just the past 24 hours. It is still snowing hard. Gusts over 50 mph at the peak of the storm, but the wind has died significantly.<\/p>\n

The Resort plans to open new terrain over the next few days.<\/p>\n
