Wednesday, July 27th: Hike up Baxter meet at 9:00AM
\nWednesday, July 27th: Nature walk at the Round Pond meet at 7:00PM
\nSaturday, July 30th: Hike up Roostercomb meet at 9:00AM <\/p>\n

ADK will be offering guided hikes three times a week throughout the summer as part of the Adirondack Mountain Club’s Summer Community Hike Series. This series is designed to offer family-friendly hikes and guided nature walks three times a week in communities throughout the Adirondack Park. Hikes will be led by members of the ADK Education Staff, all NYS Licensed Guides and experienced naturalists. All Community Hikes are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1922, the Adirondack Mountain Club is a member-directed organization committed to public service and stewardship. With more than 35,000 members in 27 chapters, ADK promotes a balanced approach to outdoor recreation, advocacy, environmental education, and natural resource conservation.
