...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT SATURDAY...
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT SATURDAY. MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE NORTHERN ADIRONDACK MOUNTAINS UNTIL LATE EVENING BEFORE TAPERING TO SNOW SHOWERS BY MIDNIGHT. TOTAL WET SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE 3 TO 5 INCHES ABOVE 1500 FEET ACROSS THE NORTHERN ADIRONDACK MOUNTAINS. THIS HEAVY WET SNOW MAY CAUSE TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES TO COME DOWN IN SOME LOCATIONS. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL LEAD TO...OR RESULT IN SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES. USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

ummm... I'm pretty sure he was joking...

Mix of rain and snow right now in Burlington. No accumulation and it's too dark to get a pic to come out (I tried), but there will definitely be snow on Masfield and Camel's Hump tomorrow. If it clears enough I'll try to take a nice pic for you flatlanders.

i am jay bound tomorrow to see what the score is. aiming to get up there super early before much melting can take place. hopefully a few inches will stick but we'll see...

Not just that high; it's already starting to accumulate at 2100' here before 6 p.m.
