I find your half day pass expensive. At just four dollars less than the full day pass it is simply not worth the money to me are there plans to change this unfair discrepancy. Keep the flexable time period for buying iy though i like that it can start or finish at any time.

Agreed. Some places should drop the half-day rate. I chuckled cynically this season when calling for the Sugarbush Snowreport and hearing the reporter gleefully repeat, "half-day tickets go on sale at 12:15 and are ONLY $50," as if $50 was nothing at all... :x

Pats Peak is the one exception that I've seen. Last year, the full weekend lift ticket for adults was $43 but if you went for a 1/2 day it dropped to $30.

Yeah, forgot about that one and their great $23 dollar deal on Saturday nights.

Not to sound like a broken record, but Burke Mountain runs either a $10 or $15 half-day promo on Sundays in March and sometimes in January. :D

i think MRG has a half off sunday noontime pass. agreed, most half day pass pricing is terrible. i understand the need to charge people more than half price. i think for a $50 lift ticket, $30-35 would be a reasonable half day price. but most ski areas aren't even 25% less for a half day, a total joke.
