Hunter this coming weekend

Hey, how do you think hunter will be this coming weekend? Are they going to have any snowmaking oppurtunities this week? I am planning my weekend and want to figure out whether or not it would be worth it to go to hunter...

That's like asking will the sun rise in the morning or whether the IRS will have tax opportunities.
Yes- they will have several nights with temps low enough to blow some snow.

Even with no snowmaking they should be ok with the cover they have laid down. I will be there friday and will try to post some pictures.

I doubt it. Even Killington is saying tonight and early tomorrow is the last snowmaking window until at around Sunday. I wouldn't count on Hunter making anything with their temps.

Yesterday, East Side Drive was completely bare, no snow at all on it. Today, it's open. That should say something about how quickly Hunter makes snow.

I'd say it will probably be worth it, based on the forecast, go on Sunday. Their best snowmaking opportunity this week appears to be Saturday Night.

Yesterday was pretty good. Good coverage on Hell, Mini, the Belt and the park, and Eisenhower. Some OK bumps on Eisenhower.
