My daughter recentley took the ITC course and evaluation at wachusett mountain. The reason for this post on the eval three areas had scores of 3 and 0 one of which was in the ability to teach the course material. Is this possible? Does anyone also know the process that can explain it in some detail? I have made several attempts at contacting the manager of this program but he has not returned my attempts at contacting him. The primary reason for wanting this info is so that she can improve the required skills for next season. I know this sounds like I am being a helicopter parent but she has asked me what she did wrong and I have no idea how to explain it to her.
