Here's the link to the NOAA winter outlook. I never know what to make of these things since we all know that storms are about time. I could care less if it is 5 degrees above average for 6 days out of the week if the day that it is below average happens to be the one with the precip.

the temp is kinda irrelevent, unless it is excessively warm or excessively cold which both don't bode well for lots of snow. and with precip at equal chances, that is about as anything could happen as can be.
