Ow, my bones!

The wrist is from Highland. The toe is from my stairs two nights before.

I was actually planning on sending you and Pat both PMs asking if you guys were ok from your crashes. Now I only need to ask one person.

I hope you heal up soon.

Ugly feet.

j/k man, I know how you feel. I'm out for at least another week and it's literally killing me.

Scaphoid sucks, but I think you got it away from where there's no blood flow. Hope it heals quickly.

You're right about the blood flow thing. You a doctor or something :-P?

I heard 2knees is hanging up the ski gear and guiding for this outfit http://www.gay-bike.com/.

Yeah, I'm sure the doctor enjoyed touching them. I asked her to take the rubber gloves off, but she wasn't game. What happened to you?

I forgot about that. Was it the same bone? How long did it take to heal?
Mine was the lunate (next to the scaphoid by the arm bones,) isn't as bad as the scaphoid. 7 weeks or so for the all clear from the doc, but I still don't have a full range of motion. Probably should've had PT, but didn't.

I tore the ligaments hold the lunate in place over a year and a half ago. I was supposed to have surgery but opted
not to. It still bugs me from time to time and I don't have the range of motion I used to.

Went OTB on a rocky trail... landed on my hands and feet, but there was a nice rock that stuck up about a foot and bashed my knee into it. Probably would've fractured the patella if I hit it any harder.
