saddleback expansion

does anyone have a clue what the phases of the expansion are at saddleback. do you know what is going to be done this summer(lifts, trails, snowmaking, lodging).

for 2007-2008

-cut magalloway lift lines and 3 magalloway trails
-cut 2 trails off dazzler( between muleskinner and wardens)
-amenity center, tubing park and tennis courts
-36 timeshares condos, mountain brook
-24 house lots near magalloway lift
-24 south branch condos

The next 10 yrs look amazing for saddleback, hopefully the owners will stick with there plan.
2011-2012 looks to be pretty ambituous

I have been told that they are under some financial pressure as the real estate sales of the condos have not gone well so they are currently reaccessing.

Hmmmmm. I've never been to Saddleback before but I've heard lots of good things here and elsewhere about the place. Maybe next week I'll day trip up from the Loaf and check it out

go to saddleback when the nasty wind closes the lifts at the loaf. That upper t-bar never shuts, always the best choice in maine during a big storm.
