What are your top 5 exercise routines before hitting the White Pow?

1) 24 mile hike with hiking poles.
2) 12 mile hike with 30lb backpack hike with hiking poles.
3) Calf stretches
4) Arm stretches
5) Snowboarding: Sit on a 5gallon bucket of frozen water for 10minutes
Skiing: Passing mall pedestrians in my fast walk-ski mode.

My season warm ups consist of -
deal finding
Vacation planning
pre season ticket buying
Start out slow with 4 beers then 6 beers then 9 beers
equipment checks
Clothing checks
Still pass 90% of the people on the mountain

Still banging out p90x. Plyometrics and the Legs workout are really beneficial for my endurance.

Surfing the net looking for skiing related toys
Planning trips
Tuning skis
watching ski porn
insanity 3x week and lifting 3x week

Browsing new ski attire
Purchasing new ski attire
Finding all my ski attire from last year
Hot yoga, p90, brazil butt lift & some running (it's been like 20-30 degrees with blistering winds the past couple days)
Putting it all together for my first day of the season this Sunday at a basin yipee!!

Keeping up with the running (still not quite 2 miles in one stretch) and between that and other workouts twice a week and some portion control I'm down 8-10 pounds from a few months ago. Need to keep up on the running and also get on some strength/balance exercises provided I don't get injured at a tournament tomorrow...not at the age anymore where I can just do stuff and I'll bounce back in a day or two.

training for NYC Marathon Nov 4...after that, take a week break and start hitting the pool/weight room/surfing
