Anyone here have any recommendations for a decent snowsuit for my son? He will be 18 months old in December and I want to spend a lot of time with him outside in the snow. SO requirements are warm, dry. Ideally, a one-piece so we don't deal with snow getting in his pants :)

I've seen some North Face ones online but they are like $200 which seems crazy to me for something he will wear this year only.

$200 is crazy for a 18 month old...you could get a neutral color and use it again for the new baby. Also some of the kids gear have grow stages so they fit up to 3 years.

We usually find some good kids stuff at TJ Maxx...

One pieces are good... as long as you're not trying to potty train in them...

My wife and I had one of these (or at least the equivalent version 9yrs ago) given to us as a gift for our now almost 10yr old daughter. It was a medium blue color suit, that we were then able to use for our son 2yrs later.

It held up great to many days of playing in the snow over multiple winters and the "expansion" sleeves and legs allowed them to get 2 winters out of it. Being an LL Bean product, the quality was quite good. I wouldn't even think twice about the $80 price tag on this one for your kid(s)

^Thanks, that LL Bean one looks pretty good. Looking forward to playing in the snow this year :)

Start (no poun intended) him out right as a "Gaper".
