Jim It appears the K Chat has got to you with the precip verbage rules.

I don't frequent K-chat so I don't know about their rules, it's just the dirtiest 4 letter word I know, especially after November 1. However, I think I like Willy's idea better anyway. From now on, it's NCP.

Making turns at Loon Mountain...
They're just running the Kanc Quad, not the Gondi, on Saturday, just so you know:

They hope they can open some additional terrain off the summit via the East Basin double, but with this warm weather, it looks doubtful...

My buddy works there he said Gondi possible on thurs. Earlier in the day the lift report did show East basin double open, but has since been taken off the site. Greg you are on your game. Top to botton would be nice on Sunday if they can use the east basin double. I don't use the gondola much anyway.

Thanks! ;)

The East Basin Double is quite possibly my favorite lift at Loon. Anxious to try out the North Peak HSQ this season too...

Ya I stay up top most of the time. Some day I will be beat you to a post I'm sure of it. The North peak Express quad it just sounds good.

Regarding Loon, first day out in new boots, I'll take what I can get. If the upper part of the mountan is open I won't complain.

I'll be there agin Thursday morning and the following Sunday. After that I'll be ready for the Big K :D

Not skiing anywhere this weekend, got reservations in by Killington for Wednesday thru Sunday, and with this weekends weather I figure I can wait. Guess I'll be tuning my skis this weekend.

Andyzee, remember to look over your shoulder and not get in my way.  I, too have booked wed-sun @ killington. I know it's a little early but we all couldn't wait. It's been too long...need to get our legs back in shape for a long season ahead of us. nothing but whitedreams....

Well from the sound of it, I guess I'll have to get one of those helmet rearview mirrors and lookout for whako chicks sliding down on their buns

who is skiing where this weekend?

I probably won't ski anywhere today, but I played hooky from work and skied Sunday River on friday. It was 50+ degrees and good soft snow. Felt like spring skiing. Had a good time, but I am definately out of shape. My legs still are lame this morning.
