but you're right, it's been pretty dead here lately

I was remarking today that the lack of any March/April snow storms has really dampened my enthusiasm for the spring season. It's like the end is inevitable. When you're skiing at Wildcat or the 'Loaf in the 3rd weekend of April and everything is open and the depths are deeper than you've ever seen, anything is possible. The funny thing is winters making a comeback - look at the stake at Stowe. Weird winter!

I'll be out Monday. This weekend is mired with family commits for may folk including me.

Since the sun came back out on Thursday, this has not been a time to be sitting around posting on the internet. We seem to be in another nice sunny spring skiing cycle.

it's been pouring here in the flatlands all day and night. I'm hatching my Stowe off-piste adventure for Monday. Keepin' going as long as the lifts turn and maybe then some....
