Work really blows today

How hard is it to sit at a desk, or whatever you do, today. I'm looking at the trail report for sugarbush and everything is open off of heaven's gate. Killing me. absolutely killing me thinking about it.

As much as i love skiing, its days like this that i dread. Nothing can placate me today, nothing. Jessica Alba could walk in and throw herself at my feet and it wouldnt be good enough. This is gonna be a long long day.
 
What's the big deal? Spillsville and Paradise are over rated...

I am pretty sure I could be content if Jessica Alba came walking in but I get what you are saying. You getting snow over there. The temps just dropped over here and it changed over. Let hope the backspin stalls for a couple of days and we get socked like Dec 05.
 
same here, aniticipation for tomorrow is killing me...can't stay off the k webcam...

Could be worse. I could get in my car and be there in five minutes, but my wife drove down to Boston yesterday and I'm in charge of the kids, so I still can't go. I might have to throw the little guy in daycare just to get up this week.

Work today--ski tomorrow!!! It's puking right now spoda get 5 by tonight 8-10 overnight then another 5 or so tomorrow. I'll be at the Peak early fer sure....Game is on now!!
 
c'mon get a grip. maybe this'll help. she's not jessica but pretty damn close. skiing can wait until tomorrow.

Work sucks for me as well..4 more days and I'll be skiing a couple manmade trails at Blue mountain..:snow: I try to have a good attitude about work because if it wasn't for work, I wouldn't be able to afford my expensive skiing habit..unless I was a pimp..lol

Tell me about it...I just got on the computer and went to the K-webcam...Looked at the reports and pics of today and just about jumped out of my chair. I will have to wait till Sat :angry:

Tell me about it. I can feel myself getting sick, there might be a sick day in my immediate future... And it won't be to go 'hang out' with Jessica Alba... ;)
 
Yeah, I think tomorrow or the next day will be better than today for skiing. Powder on the hill, but off the roads will make for a much more pleasurable day.

As far as Jessica Alba, I'm pretty sure that would cheer you up a little. I mean, skiing is great and all, but Jessica Alba or a 8-inch "Powder" day? I'd take Jessica, easy . . . Now, what if we got 24"? Then the decision becomes much tougher.
 
It's why I have had Sun and Mon off for the past 10years. Monday is a great day to hit it. Nothing like empty slopes. And I've decided to take the day off when it's worth it. I missede a few too many powder days last season.
